It answers, or says it doesn't know
Every answer links the passage it came from. A question your content doesn't cover gets an honest “I don't have that information” and lands in your inbox. Answer it once, and the assistant knows it from then on.

Arabic and English
One assistant for both languages, with the right direction for each.
A right-to-left widget
For Arabic, the launcher, the panel and every bubble turn right-to-left, and answers carry their sources as English ones do. Launcher, title, greeting and placeholder are your own words.
Mixed text stays readable
Product names, keys and addresses stay left-to-right inside an Arabic sentence, and sources keep their own direction.

An Arabic question finds an English passage, and the other way round. Questions in German work too.

Search stays on our server.
Finding the right passages, including the multilingual semantic search model, runs on a server we host ourselves. Your content and visitors' questions are not sent to an embeddings provider.
Privacy policyOnly the model you chose sees the question.
To write the answer, the question and the matching passages go to one language model: our platform model on Groq, or a provider from our allow-list using your own key. Your key is checked, stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and never shown again. The one exception is human hand-off, which is off by default: when you turn it on and a visitor asks for a person, their question, the conversation and their e-mail address go to your e-mail or webhook.

If you turn conversation storage on, records are deleted after 30 days unless you choose a different period. Questions the assistant could not answer are kept so you can add the answer; you can switch that off.

Every customer table in the database enforces row-level security, so one assistant's data cannot be read under another's.

Connect Claude, Cursor or any MCP client. You approve the connection with your assistant's API key; the client can then search your knowledge base and ask your assistant and, if you allow it, answer the questions your assistant could not and add text and web pages. Rotating the key disconnects every client.

What happens when the answer isn't in my content?
The assistant says it doesn't have that information instead of guessing. The question is kept in your admin (you can switch that off) so you can add the answer.
What content can I add?
Markdown, plain text, CSV and JSON files, public page URLs, or a sitemap it re-crawls on a schedule you set.
Which languages does it handle?
Arabic, English and German questions. The widget switches to right-to-left for Arabic.
Do you store my visitors' conversations?
Not by default. If you turn storage on, records are deleted after 30 days unless you choose another period.

No answer beats a wrong one.
I built ai-me on that rule. When a visitor asks your website something, a confident made-up answer costs you more than an honest “I don't know”: it costs their trust, and sometimes a customer.
So the assistant answers only from the content you give it, links the passages it used, and shows you the questions it couldn't answer, so you can add the answer for the next visitor. It works the same in Arabic as in English, and it keeps no conversations unless you ask it to.
