Terms of use

These terms govern ai-me-bot, a service of Sinai Tech Ventures LLC.

Service

ai-me-bot answers website visitors' questions from the site owner's content, provides citations, and says when an answer is not in that content. It also provides read-only MCP access to the knowledge base. Answers are machine-generated and may be wrong. Site owners are responsible for their content and for checking answers that matter.

Free plan

The free plan includes 1 assistant; 200,000 platform-model tokens per calendar month (UTC) per assistant; 500 knowledge chunks per assistant; 10 chat requests per minute; and ceilings of 600 turns per hour, 600 model calls per hour, and 50 turns per conversation. We may change these caps with notice. The free plan has no SLA or uptime or support guarantee.

Acceptable use

• Do not put unlawful content in a knowledge base.
• Ingest only sites and content you own or are entitled to use.
• Do not include other people's personal data without a legal basis.
• Do not bypass limits, probe other tenants, or misuse the service.

We may suspend or delete assistants that break these terms.

Your model key

If you use your own provider key, that provider's terms apply to that traffic. Tokens charged to your key do not count against the platform-model budget.

Paid plans

Paid plans are not offered yet. If we introduce paid plans, prices will be stated as final prices including applicable taxes, invoices are payable within 14 days, and these terms will be updated before any charge.

Liability

The free service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by Egyptian law, Sinai Tech Ventures LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data or profits, or answers generated by the model. Nothing limits liability for fraud or gross error.

Ending use and changes

Either side may stop at any time. Deleting an assistant deletes its data. We post changes here with a new last-updated date.

Law, language and contact

The law of the Arab Republic of Egypt applies, and the courts of Cairo are competent. Arabic and English versions are provided; the Arabic text governs in case of conflict for users in Egypt. Contact legal@sinaitechventures.com.
